California CPE Requirements for CPAs

All of our courses are accepted by the California Board of Accountancy for CPE credit. The State of California does not pre-approve either CPE sponsors or individual courses. Our courses are written and administered following guidelines published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Board of Accountancy.

Please note: While all other courses are accepted, our 2 hour California Regulatory Review course that CPAs need every 6 years has NOT beed approved yet. We will do so as soon as possible, but if you need that one course please be aware that we cannot provide for those needs at this time.

Essential Legal Concepts with Tax Analysis 2023 - 30 CPE Credit

Good course. Well written. EXCEPT, The authors slam on \'Democrats at page 11-11 was pretty stupid, immature and not welcomed. You can do better than that. For that one dig, you get 4 stars.

The course is worth the time and effort.

Texas: Professional Ethics, the Standards of Behavior for Texas

This has to be one of the most poorly written courses I have ever taken. There were typos, conflicting answers in the review questions, poorly-worded statements and questions. I\'ve taken many better ethics courses over the years. This course was a disappointment!
