In this course, we will define ethics and provide you with reasons you should be encouraged to continue educating yourself with the goal of achieving the highest standards of ethical conduct.  The course will then discuss ethical reasoning and its application to common dilemmas that you may experience.  Next, we will review the core values of the CPA profession (integrity, objectivity and independence).  Throughout this cours, you will be provided with case studies that demonstrate the application of ethical principles, values, and ethical reasoning.  In conclusion, this course will recap the key requirements of the Sarbane-Oxley Act and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.

This has to be one of the most poorly written courses I have ever taken. There were typos, conflicting answers in the review questions, poorly-worded statements and questions. I\'ve taken many better ethics courses over the years. This course was a disappointment!

Defensive Divorce 2020 - 24 CPE

The last half or so of the course had nothing to do with divorce. The test was strange with question 107 seeming to have the man marry his daughter!
